■	Founder C. J. Tsai	The founder of Pou Chen. Mr. Tsai has more than 30 years of experience in the footwear business. Now Mr. Tsai, the Chairman of the Group, is responsible for specifying objectives and developing strategies to lead the Group keep growing.
■	Chairman C. C. Tsai	Mr. Tsai has more than 30 years of experience in the footwear business. Mr. Tsai was the President of Changhua County Industrial Association and the Chairman of Lu Kang Saving & Loan Association. Currently, Mr. Tsai is the Chairman of Pou Chen, simultaneously a Director of Taiwan Footwear Manufacturers Association.
■	Chairman Chi Neng Tsai	Mr. Tsai has more than 30 years of experience in the footwear business in Taiwan, Canada, and United States. He is the Chairman of Yue Yuen and is responsible for overall management, marketing and production of Yue Yuen. Over the years, he has implemented various cost control and staff incentive programs that have allowed Yue Yuen to continue to grow.
■	Chairman Chi Hu Tsai	Mr. Tsai has more than 30 years of experience in the footwear business. He was in charge of certain production divisions in Indonesia and Vietnam, and was also responsible for the management of electronics business.
■	Executive General Manager David N.F. Tsai	Mr. Tsai has more than 30 years’ experience in the footwear sector and is well known in the industry. Now Mr. Tsai is the Vice Chairman and Executive General Manger of Pou Chen, Managing Director of Yue Yuen, and Chairman and Non-executive Director of Pou Sheng. In addition to overall management, his responsibilities include sales and marketing activities.
■	General Manager Tai Yu Kuo	Mr. Kuo has over 30 years of experience in the production of footwear. He is currently a General Manager in charge of one of the Group’s three manufacturing groups.
■	General Manager Chin Chu Lu	Mr. Lu has over 30 years of experience in the manufacturing of footwear and related components. He is a General Manager in charge of one of the Group’s three manufacturing groups.
■	General Manager Sung Yen Kung	Mr. Kung has more than 30 years of experience in the footwear industry. He is a General Manager in charge of one of the Group’s three manufacturing groups.
■	General Manager Lu Min Chan	Mr. Chan has more than 30 years of experience in finance and accounting field. He is now in charge of finance, accounting, and administration for the Group.
